THE BOIDS: A QUASI-HITCHCOCK MOMENT

Yesterday afternoon, possibly in response to my righteous ranting in this blog, a flock of very noisy avian varmints descended on an unkempt portion of our backyard (okay, that pretty much describes the whole thing).  They stayed awhile, pecking away and squabbling, then disappeared en masse just as I tried to document their presence.  This morning, they were back, but I was ready for them.

I think they’re conducting surveillance.  Just look at those beady eyes!

Not sure who to call for advice.

Hitch, where are you when I need you?
