Ron Paul, the faux Republican presidential contender, has stated that the Mossad may be behind the 2001 World Trade Center bombings. (h/t RedState via Gateway Pundit) He has apparently gotten so much flak over this that he has begun to quasi-semi-hemi-demi- disavow his statement, claiming that “a Jewish friend” had told him that.
Well, maybe so. J-Street, for instance, is filled with Jewish putzes who are obsessed with seeing Israel destroyed. The list is long, but one eggregious example is Richard Cohen‘s 2006 claim that Israel itself was a mistake.
So a putative “Jewish friend’s” words do not make Ron Paul’s claim of Israeli complicity in 9/11 any less ridiculous.
This is hardly a man we need in the White House. It’s certainly not the man who could repair the damage wrought inside and outside the United States by four disastrous years of Obama and his one-percenter cronies.
