Jesse Jackson Jr., Congressman from Illinois, displayed his razor-sharp brilliance today by pointing out that Congressional opposition to Obama’s “Jobs” Act is akin to Confederate states in rebellion, and should be treated as such. (h/t Maggie’s Farm).
JJ Junior told The Daily Caller that Barack Obama should declare a national emergency and pursue extra-Constitutional means to create jobs. He also opined that spending $804 billion more (of someone else’s money, of course) will solve the jobs crisis.
I’m sure that JJ Junior wasn’t serious, because if he were, he would have known that Barack Obama has been doing his best to rule by decree for quite some time.
