The Mail Online reports that the new iPhone Siri cannot understand the Scottish accent. This, despite Apple’s claim that:
…Siri is designed to recognise the specific accents and dialects of the supported countries listed above. Since every language has its own accents and dialects, the accuracy rate will be higher for native speakers.
If that be so, all I can say to Apple is: Awa’ an’ bile yer heid!
